General Information

Reception Hours : Monday to Friday 7:30am – 9pm Saturday and Sunday 9am – 9pm

Parking : Our onsite parking is not allocated parking, therefore you can park in the carparks in front of the Motel and the 3 carparks near the stairs at the rear of the property.

Check Out : Our check out time is 10am unless prior arrangements have been made; these are only extended when subject to availability. A day rate may be charged to guests departing after 10am. Please contact us if you wish to extend your stay.

If assistance is required whilst in your room, please call (03) 5561 5100 to speak with Reception.

Our housekeeping staff will service your room between 9:30am – 11:30am daily. If you do not wish to be disturbed please place your “Do Not Disturb” sign up on your door.

If you require fresh towels, tea and coffee etc. please call or visit our Reception and we can arrange this for you.

Policies and Procedures

ALL ROOMS ARE STRICTLY NON SMOKING. AN EXTRA CHARGE OF $150.00 WILL BE CHARGED IF ROOMS REQUIRE ADDITIONAL CLEANING AND AIRING.

Comfort Inn Western strictly enforces a NO Parties and Noise policy for the comfort and security of all guests, and will not tolerate excessive noise at any time. WE ENFORCE A "NO PARTY" POLICY AND HAVE A ZERO NOISE POLICY AFTER 10PM. If you have any issues with noise coming from another room or the carpark after 10pm please call (03) 5561 5100 for assistance from the Reception. Guests who do not comply with these policies and disrupt the peace, quiet and enjoyment of other guests will be required to vacate the premises immediately and without a refund.
